That's why we offer exclusive live-in care services all across England. We wanted to provide an alternative option for people whose care needs have progressed beyond the sort of help that can be provided by a few visits per day.
You may feel like you need more support than that, but instead of moving to a care home, you want to stay in your own home with familiar surroundings and a degree of independence—and we want to support you to make that possible.
Live-in care generally works by having one - two of our care workers living with a service user, working on a tailored live-in care plan as suitable to the service user. This not only ensures there's always someone on hand but also better detects changes in care needs.
Working with the preferences of the service user (some people enjoy companionship, others value privacy and personal space) ensures that a mindful and sensitive agreement is tailored to suit you and 8 care workers are hand-picked to match your personality and needs. So, there's no need to worry about having someone who isn't right for your situation. Plus, they're always on call 24/7 and will be there when you need them most.
We know that every person is different and deserves individualised attention—that's why we work with each service user individually and tailor our services accordingly.

STAFF SCREENING
All our support assistants are fully trained, so you can be confident that you or the person you care for will be looked after during your absence. We will regularly review our care plan with you and your family member to ensure we are always giving the highest level of care. We go above and beyond to ensure our clients are happy with our service.
CARE
We will organize a meeting with our care advisors, who will do a assessment of your needs that considers not just care and support needs, but your routines, choices and preferences to ensure you live your life the way you always have with the right level of support.
INDEPENDENCE
We work closely with the people we support to identify any opportunities to help them live more easily, independently, safely which means you do not have to worry about daily chores or keeping things behind your mind all the time.
We offer flexible services which gives you an independence and assurance so that you can enjoy your life without worrying about your check list all the time!
