We know how difficult it is for people living with challenging behaviour and their families when providers don't really understand the reasons why they behave in certain ways or how those behaviours can be managed. That's why at AUM Care Group, we make sure our staff comprehends the reasons why people behave in challenging ways so that they know how to support individuals positively in order to have a good quality of life.

We believe that it's important to provide opportunities for individuals with challenging behaviour to enjoy a quality of life that is as good as possible. Our staff is trained to use a person-centred approach to develop effective care plans that are uniquely tailored to each person. This means that we take into account the individual's preferences, needs, and requirements while also creating an environment where they can thrive.

Our highly skilled team also provides training to equip our staff with the appropriate knowledge and skills to support people with challenging behaviour so that they can feel safe in our care.
