Our Dementia Care Service provides individuals with the highest level of care, with a strong focus on individualised care plans and bespoke support.

We know that dealing with dementia can be challenging, but we also know that there are ways to improve the quality of life for those living with this condition. That's why we offer a range of services and programs to ensure that you get the support you need regardless of the stage of dementia your loved one is in.

As part of this service, we provide a higher-level staffing ratio with our trained and experienced mental health team. They will work closely with you and your loved one to develop an individualised care plan that meets your specific needs. We will work together to create a routine that is suited for both you and your loved one, as well as help them maintain independence for as long as possible.
